
The stars of The King’s Warden celebrated another double win at the 24th Director’s Cut Awards, with Yoo Hae Jin and Park Ji Hoon both taking home acting trophies once again.
Meanwhile, Yunho earned the New Actor award for Low Life, while Hyun Bin picked up Best Actor in the series category for Made in Korea, marking his second major trophy for the role following his recent Baeksang Arts Awards win.
The ceremony, held May 19th, was hosted by Kim Cho Hui, Bong Man Dae and Jang Hang Jun. The awards honored films and TV series released between April 1st, 2025 and March 31st, 2026, by directors affiliated with the Directors Guild of Korea.

In the film category, director Park Chan Wook won Best Director for No Other Choice. Yoo Hae Jin won Best Actor for The King’s Warden, while Seo Su Bin took home Best Actress for The World of Love.
Park Ji Hoon won New Actor for The King’s Warden, continuing the film’s awards momentum, while Yeom Hye Ran earned New Actress for No Other Choice. Director Jang Seong Ho won Best New Director for The King of Kings, and director Yoon Ga Eun received Best Screenplay for The World of Love.

In the drama category, director Kang Yun Sung won Best Director for Low Life. Hyun Bin took home Best Actor for Made in Korea, while Lim Soo Jung won Best Actress for Low Life.
Yunho won New Actor for Low Life, and Bang Hyo Rin received New Actress for Aema.
