Following reports that Jung Kyung Ho and Choi Sooyoung have ended their 14-year relationship, a fortune teller’s past prediction about the couple has resurfaced online.
In December 2025, a shaman uploaded a YouTube video featuring a blind reading based solely on Jung Kyung Ho and Choi Sooyoung‘s names and birthdates.
“They seem comfortable together like close friends and have been dating for a long time, but I don’t see signs of marriage,” the shaman said in the video.
The shaman went on to predict that the relationship would eventually come to an end, claiming that while the woman desired marriage, the man appeared hesitant due to family-related concerns.
The reading also described Jung Kyung Ho as a stubborn perfectionist with a strong sense of responsibility and deep affection for those around him. Choi Sooyoung, meanwhile, was described as independent, strong-willed, and free-spirited. The shaman commented that despite their deep bond, the relationship would struggle to lead to marriage.
The prediction has recently drawn renewed attention after reports surfaced on June 9th that Jung Kyung Ho and Choi Sooyoung had gone their separate ways.
The same shaman previously gained attention online after making predictions related to comedian Park Na Rae before controversies involving her later became public, prompting some viewers to revisit the channel’s past readings.
Meanwhile, Choi Sooyoung is set to make her first official public appearance since the breakup reports. She will attend the 12th Harmony Marathon for the Visually Impaired on June 13 at Peace Plaza in Seoul’s World Cup Park.
The Girls’ Generation member and actress has long supported causes related to visual impairment and inherited retinal diseases. In 2023, she donated 300 million won (approximately $196,000) to research focused on developing treatments for blindness-related diseases at Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital.
She appeared to be in Japan when the breakup reports emerged on June 9th, based on photos she shared on Instagram.
