The Netflix series Teach You a Lesson, starring Kim Moo Yul and Lee Sung Min, has surpassed The Glory to enter the top 5 highest-performing Korean series of all time on Netflix.

With the top three spots occupied by the Squid Game series, Teach You a Lesson effectively ranks among the top three individual Korean titles in overall performance.

In its fourth week since release, Teach You a Lesson recorded 46.6 million cumulative views, calculated by dividing total watch time by the series’ total runtime. Its total viewing hours have now surpassed 498.9 million hours.

According to Netflix’s all-time rankings for Korean original content, Squid Game 1 leads with 265.2 million views, followed by Squid Game 2 with 192.6 million, and Squid Game 3 with 145.8 million. All of Us Are Dead previously ranked fourth with 55.5 million views, while The Glory held fifth place with 39.7 million.

With its latest performance, Teach You a Lesson has now pushed The Glory out of the top five. At its current pace, it is also expected to surpass All of Us Are Dead to climb even higher.

Released on June 5th, the series has shown steady weekly performance, with 6.4 million views in its first week, 21.1 million in its second, 11.8 million in its third, and 7.3 million in its fourth.

If it gains an additional 6.6 million views, Teach You a Lesson will further cement its status as one of Netflix’s biggest Korean hits, joining the Squid Game franchise as one of the platform’s most successful global titles.
