Super Junior’s Kyuhyun was lightly injured in a stabbing incident in the waiting room after the final session of the musical Ben-Hur. It was revealed that the attacker initially targeted musical actor Park Eun Tae.

As per the November 20th post on Park Eun Tae’s fan community, a woman entered the waiting room after the final session of the musical “Ben-Hur” and tried to attack Park Eun Tae with a knife. Fortunately, the actor managed to fend her off with the help of Seo Kyung Su and Kyuhyun.
Park Eun Tae greeted fans as planned after the incident but, visibly shaken, he shared, “I’m still trying to process what happened.” He also added, “I’m genuinely concerned about the risk of developing mental trauma from this, and I really need some rest. Given the chance of her showing up at fan events instead of backstage, where it could be risky for both actors and fans, I’m holding off on fan events for a bit. It just seems like the best choice for now.”
According to Gangseo Police Station in Seoul, a woman in her 30s was booked for allegedly threatening the actors with a knife in a dressing room at the musical venue located in Gangseo-gu at around 6 PM on November 19th.
