Lizzy burst into tears during her final statement. “I’ve always thought badly about drunk driving and reported it when I see one. But because of my mistake, I’ve done something I shouldn’t have done and caused an accident,” she said. “I’m disappointed and ashamed of myself. Since the accident, I’ve been beating myself up every day with regret and guilt. If you give me one more chance, I’d like to look back on myself and dare to become someone who loves herself once again.”

After the hearing, Lizzy stood in front of the reporters and apologized again for disappointing her fans and people.

Meanwhile, Lizzy was booked for drunk driving after she ran into a taxi while driving on May 18th. Her blood-alcohol level at the time was over 0.08%, which is enough to have her driver’s license revoked.
