EXO’s Sehun will star in a terrestrial TV series for the first time since his debut.
According to media outlets, Sehun has officially joined SBS’s upcoming romance drama Now, We Are Breaking Up. This is the first time that the idol was cast in a terrestrial TV series. Sehun had his fair share of acting training in web dramas like EXO Next Door and Dokgo Rewind.
In Now, We Are Breaking Up, Sehun will play a rookie designer in the fashion company’s design team. He will primarily work with Song Hye Kyo, who plays Choi Hee Seo, the design team’s team leader.
Meanwhile, Now, We Are Breaking Up is about a separation between a man and a woman. It will be a sweet, spicy, and sour love story that writes as “breakup” and read as “love.” Misty writer Jane writes the script, and Dr. Romantic 2 co-director Lee Gil Bok directs the series.
Earlier, Song Hye Kyo, Jang Ki Yong, Choi Hee Seo, Kim Joo Hun, Yura joined the cast lineup.
