Seo Kang Jun has reportedly moved from Seoul’s Seongsu-dong to a luxury villa in Samsung-dong after selling his apartment at Trimaje for 5.8 billion won (approximately $4.3 million).
According to YouTube channel “wander planet” on September 29th, the actor relocated this summer to Sangji Ritzville Caelum, a 13-unit luxury residence completed in 2012. With just one residence per floor, the building is known for offering a high degree of privacy.
Seo reportedly purchased the Samsung-dong property for 6 billion won after selling his 140.3-square-meter Trimaje unit.
The actor first bought a 136-square-meter unit at Trimaje for 1.6473 billion won in 2017, when he moved out on his own. He sold that home for 2.9 billion won in 2019 and upgraded to a larger 140.3-square-meter unit with a better view of the Han River, paying 3.39 billion won.
He sold that property for 5.8 billion won last June, reportedly making a gain of approximately 2.41 billion won over five years.
The move also places Seo in one of Seoul’s best-known luxury residential areas. Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are among the celebrities reported to own or have residences at Sangji Ritzville Caelum, along with Super Junior’s Kim Hee Chul and SEVENTEEN’s The8.
Seo is currently starring opposite Ahn Eun Jin in drama A Love Other Than Yours, which has entered Netflix’s Top 10 rankings in multiple countries.
