Some IZ*ONE members may continue on as unit groups.
Ilgan Sports reported that some members of IZ*ONE and agencies are discussing the possibility of turning them into a unit or a project group.
Certainly, the varied opinions on agencies and the possibility of CJ ENM’s participation is not making things easy.
An official source mentioned, “The IZ*ONE project will end in April. If CJ ENM no longer wishes to step in, certain members will be able to become a group much faster to continue their careers.”
Yesterday, Mnet announced that “IZ*ONE’s activities will come to an end in April as scheduled.” Though CJ ENM had conducted last-minute meetings with the 12 members and their agencies, it was concluded that there will be no extension of contracts.
With such a conclusion, IZ*ONE will officially be dismissed after their online concert “ONE, THE STORY” on March 13 and 14.
