SEVENTEEN has officially confirmed their second full group contract renewal with Pledis Entertainment.
Pledis Entertainment announced on July 13th, “SEVENTEEN has decided to sign a second contract renewal with our company.”
They added, “All members, excluding those currently serving in the military, have completed the contract signing process. Members fulfilling their military duties will also sign their contracts sequentially according to their service conditions.” This ensures SEVENTEEN can continue their activities as a complete 13-member group.
Pledis stated, “We will continue to provide systematic and full support for SEVENTEEN’s activities. We will faithfully fulfill our role as a reliable supporter and partner.” They further expressed, “We look forward to the day SEVENTEEN stands before you again as 13 members and will lay the foundation for a successful return to full group activities.”
SEVENTEEN, who debuted in 2015, has been actively promoting and achieving great popularity both domestically and internationally. They have showcased strong teamwork through their activities as a full group, as well as through solo and unit promotions. The group had previously signed their first contract renewal early in 2021.
SEVENTEEN shared, “We are happy to deliver good news to our CARATs (official fandom),” adding, “With a shared consensus to advance further as a team, all 13 members have come together with one heart to continue as a group.”
