On September 1, Megabox Plus M announced that mystery thriller Diva, starring Shin Min Ah, Lee Yoo Young, and Lee Kyu Hyung, will be released on the 23rd.
Diva is a mystery thriller that occurs when the latent desire and madness wake up after the diving queen, Lee Young, was involved in a mysterious car accident. Shin Min Ah’s most dramatic acting transformation since her debut, and Lee Yoo Young and Lee Kyu Hyung’s outstanding performances have become a hot topic.
Diva has drawn keen attention with its unique topic of diving sports combined with the thriller genre. In addition, Shin Min Ah and Lee Yoo Young have been known to perform some of the diving scene personally, raisin the expectations.
The meeting between director Jo Seul Hye, who wrote the script of Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned and adapted A Taxi Driver, and the leading female production team of Korea has completed the work’s unique atmosphere, heralding the birth of a new mystery thriller.
