Song Joong Ki shared a cheerful update after receiving a catering gift from his fan club.
On August 4th, the actor’s official Instagram posted photos of him smiling alongside the message, “Fully recharged. Thank you, always.”
In the photos, Song appears to be enjoying the catering spread sent by fans on the set of his upcoming drama Love Cloud. The fans also shared a message wishing both the cast and crew a healthy and safe shoot.
Love Cloud is a romance about Kang Woo Joo (played by Song), an air traffic controller who can see the feelings of his former lover through the weather, and Ahn Ha Nui (played by Park Ji Hyun), a pilot who is cursed with the ability to control the weather.
The drama will be directed by Song Min Yeop, known for High Cookie and Youth of May, and written by rookie writing team Team Mad Rabbit.
Anticipation is especially high for Song Joong Ki and Park Ji Hyun’s romantic comedy reunion, which comes four years after they appeared together in the hit JTBC drama Reborn Rich.
Song Joong Ki married British former actress Katy Louise Saunders and had their son in June 2023. The couple welcomed a daughter the following November, making them parents of two.
