Jennie has made K-pop history with back-to-back headlining performances at two of Europe’s major music festivals.
According to her agency OA Entertainment, aka Odd Atelier, Jennie took the stage as a headliner at Denmark’s Roskilde Festival on July 3rd and Poland’s Open’er Festival on July 4. She is the first K-pop artist to headline both major European festivals.
The Blackpink member lit up the stage with some of her signature tracks, including “Mantra,” “ExtraL,” “Starlight” and “like JENNIE.”
Festival organizers also highlighted her global star power. Thomas Jepsen, Roskilde’s head of music, praised Jennie’s addition to the lineup, saying it “reflected current trends and further cemented Roskilde’s identity as a festival moving toward the future.” Open’er organizers introduced her as “one of the most influential female artists of this era.”
Jennie has been steadily expanding her presence on the global music scene. Her collaboration with Tame Impala, “Dracula,” climbed to No. 10 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, and she is set to continue her festival run with upcoming appearances at Spain’s 2026 Mad Cool Festival, Lollapalooza Chicago in the U.S. and Japan’s Summer Sonic 2026.

Following her Roskilde performance, Jennie gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the festival through a series of social media posts on July 4 and 5.
On July 5, she shared photos of herself in a bold black lace crop top, hot pants and denim look, writing, “Thank you so much, Roskilde! It was such an honor to headline here. You guys were the best. Love you!”

She also drew attention a day earlier by posting sauna photos taken before the show. Jennie has often spoken about her love of saunas and cold plunges and has previously shared photos of herself enjoying a sauna the night before major performances.
