Son Ye Jin‘s childhood photos are drawing renewed attention after the actress recently revealed that her son with Hyun Bin resembles her.
A collection of photos previously shared through broadcasts and online recently resurfaced on a Korean online community. The images show Son at various ages as a child, with her distinctive features already recognizable.
Several family photos featuring Son with her parents and older sister were also included, prompting comments such as, “Now I can imagine what her son looks like” and “She was beautiful even as a child.”
The renewed interest comes shortly after Son proudly talked about her son during a September 13th appearance on JTBC’s Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.
“It might sound like bragging, but with a face like his, it might be hard not to become an actor,” she proudly joked. “I think he took after me.”
The couple’s son has occasionally drawn attention despite his parents largely keeping him out of the public eye. More recently, someone who said they encountered Son, Hyun Bin and their son during a family trip to Okinawa described the child as “so beautiful he looked almost AI-generated,” adding that he was the most beautiful child they had ever seen.
Son and Hyun Bin worked together on the film The Negotiation and later the tvN drama Crash Landing on You before becoming a couple. They married in 2022 and welcomed their son later that year.
