Mun Ka Young may join the agency of Kim Seon Ho and Cha Eun Woo.
My Daily reported on May 13th that the actress decided not to renew her contract with Peak J Entertainment. After considering multiple offers from top management agencies, she is considering signing with Fantagio.
Mun Ka Young joined Peak J in the summer of 2024. During her two years there, she starred in the dramas My Dearest Nemesis and Law and The City and appeared on the variety show STEAL HEART CLUB. Last year, she drew nationwide attention with her leading role as Jung Won in the film Once We Were Us, which attracted 2.6 million viewers and earned her the Best Actress award at the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards.
Since her debut in 20o6 with the film To Sir, With Love, Mun Ka Young has built a strong international following through popular dramas like True Beauty, The Interest of Love and Welcome to Waikiki 2. Her move to Fantagio further solidifies her status as one of the industry’s most sought-after leading actresses.
