Lisa is opening up about how BLACKPINK‘s solo journeys have changed the group—and how she hopes fans will get to know more of the person behind her public image.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone Canada ahead of the premiere of her documentary Always LALISA at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), BLACKPINK’s Lisa opened up about how the members’ solo careers have influenced the group.
Lisa said that Rosé, Jennie, and Jisoo‘s solo projects helped each of them discover and establish their own identities as artists. She also believes their individual growth has given the members more confidence and brought new energy to BLACKPINK as a group.
Lisa said she was incredibly proud of her bandmates and felt that their solo work suited each of them naturally. “It all made perfect sense,” she said.
Meanwhile, photos of Lisa walking around London with Thai actor Blue Pongtiwat Tangwancharoen recently surfaced online. The two have reportedly known each other for several years, prompting various reactions from fans.
