Kpop Demon Hunters star Arden Cho has officially tied the knot with her surgeon fiancé in a breathtaking destination wedding.
On July 1st, American fashion magazine Vogue unveiled stunning photos from the couple’s June 27th ceremony in Florence, Italy. Among the captivating images, a traditional Korean ceremony set against the picturesque Italian backdrop drew immense admiration from fans. Adorned in elegant hanboks featuring vibrant orange skirts, the bride and groom participated in meaningful Korean wedding rituals, beautifully blending their heritage with the scenic European venue. The feature also officially introduced the groom, Christopher Lee, a warm and handsome surgeon.
The couple originally met in their late thirties through a serendipitous match on a dating app. Their relationship quickly blossomed, leading to a romantic proposal in Hawaii last March and culminating in their recent nuptials.

However, their journey to the altar was anything but smooth. In the chaotic days leading up to the ceremony, the couple lost four pieces of checked luggage. To make matters worse, the groom’s family faced sudden flight cancellations, all while the region was gripped by a record-breaking summer heatwave.
Reflecting on the pre-wedding chaos, Arden Cho candidly admitted, “I even shed tears thinking the wedding of my lifetime was ruined.” Yet, looking back at the ordeal, she chose to see the silver lining. “Looking back, the imperfections made it even more special and unforgettable. Perhaps, like a Korean tradition of warding off bad luck, the minor hardships before the ceremony mean even greater happiness awaits us.”
Beyond her acclaimed work in Netflix’s Kpop Demon Hunters, Arden Cho has built a strong global fanbase through her versatile acting skills and charm, starring in major American hits like the supernatural drama Teen Wolf and the popular medical series Chicago Med.
