Han Ji Min and Park Sung Hoon’s slow-burn romance has finally paid off.
In Episode 8 of JTBC’s The Practical Guide to Love, Lee Ui Young (Han Ji Min) comes to terms with her feelings for Song Tae Seop (Park Sung Hoon) and decides to confess.
After tracking him down, she asks him to wait a moment before returning with soju. When he suggests they drink together, she stops him, saying, “No, I need a little courage right now—and you need to remember everything I’m about to say.”
After quickly downing two shots, Ui Young makes her intentions clear. “I didn’t come because of the farewell party,” she says. “I told you before—if I was sure about how I felt, I’d tell you first.”
She then confesses, “I like you. I missed you so much I couldn’t stand it anymore… so I came.”
Moved by her honesty, Song Tae Seop pulls her into an embrace and replies, “I’m glad you came. Don’t go anywhere now.”
Now this is what I am taking about, a love that is grounded, secure and strong.

Hoping the last four episodes are not overly dramatic and we get a full episode for Ui-yeong and Tae-seop as a couple talking about their future, going on dates, and meeting each other’s families. #ThePracticalGuideToLoveEp8 #ThePracticalGuideToLove #HanJimin #ParkSunghoon pic.twitter.com/SeUHXEtwDf
