Now, various Korean talent have opened up their homes and showcased just how lavish their lifestyles really are. Check out the list of Korean stars who are living in a whole other world with their extravagant homes and luxury properties.
IU
After the success of her current drama and many musical accolades, it is no surprise that IU lives in the lap of luxury. According to the 2025 public Ministry of Land records, the most expensive apartment out of 15.58 million apartment units nationwide was Eterno Cheongdam. With an exclusive area of 464.11 square meters, its public offering price this year is $15 million. The Penthouse Cheongdam offers a panoramic view of the Han River and parking for up to five cars per household. The complex has an indoor golf course, a movie theater, and a wine bar. It is also known as the apartment where even actors Song Joong Ki, Jang Dong Gun, Ko So Young, and golfer Park In Bee live. Fancy.
Song Joong Ki
Song Joong Ki isn’t just the wealthy owner of one home but of many! The talented actor owns multiple properties across the globe, but his 15.6 million dollar mansion (at the time of purchase) nests in the exclusive Cheongdam-dong neighborhood of Gangnam– the most famous neighborhood in Korea. He also owns a sea-facing condo in Waikiki Beach, Hawaii, and a two-story house in Itaewon’s Yongsan-su, according to reports. However, Song Joong Ki currently resides in Tuscany, Italy, with his wife and two children.
J-Hope
J-Hope sent ratings skyrocketing after revealing his luxury home on ‘I Live Alone’ for the first time. Residing in L.A., the $9 million dollar home shocked fans as J-Hope showcased his “perfect space,” which maintained a balance of both music, exercise and entertainment. Aside from this, J-Hope also maintains an 8.3 million dollar penthouse in Korea as of late.
SHINee’s Minho
SHINee’s Minho has recently become the owner of a luxury home. After being on the market, Minho snagged celebrity Ha Jung Woo’s luxury home for $3.5 million. According to public real estate records, Minho purchased Tierra House, a high-end residence in the Jamwon neighborhood of Seoul’s Seocho District. Although a sneak peek into the home doesn’t exist just yet, Tierra House is known for its stunning views of the Han River and prime location just south of the Hannam Bridge. The complex features only 15 units, each occupying an entire floor. Every residence spans roughly 3,200 square feet, with five bedrooms (including a walk-in closet) and three bathrooms.

Jang Keun Suk
Jang Keun Suk opened the doors to his 80-pyeong (approx. 2,830 sq ft) luxury home for the first time on MBN’s show Let’s GO 4. Jang explained how he remodeled and even designed the place, saying, “I designed the space so I can always relax comfortably. I paid special attention to the lighting.” Jang Keun Suk is known to own multiple properties in both Seoul and Tokyo. His two buildings in Seoul’s Gangnam district are estimated to be worth over $50 million USD and his real estate portfolio collectively is set around $90 Million dollars.
Shin Mina
Shin Mina purchased an old residential property in the Yongsan area of Seoul in January 2018. She later demolished the building and converted the land into a parking lot. Now, the property’s value has increased by approximately $6.9 million and seems to be going up from there. Back in 2018, Shin Mina bought the old two-story house, which sat on a 340-square-meter lot, for $3.1 million. Due to its deteriorated condition, the building itself had little market value, but now it is rolling in the dough. Whether she will live there or use it commercially is still awaiting updates.
