Bogota: City of the Lost, starring Song Joong Ki, claimed the No. 1 spot in Netflix’s film category globally on February 5th, according to FlixPatrol.
Despite a modest theatrical run with just 420,000 admissions, Bogota is now gaining momentum on Netflix.
The film claimed the top spot in 25 countries, including South Korea, with a particularly strong reception in Asian and South American markets. It also ranked No. 9 in the UK and No. 7 in the US.
Bogota: City of the Lost follows the intense journey of individuals fighting for success in the city of Bogotá. The film was released in South Korean theaters late last year.
