FIFTY FIFTY’s agency Attrakt announced that the Seoul Gangnam Police Station had dismissed embezzlement charges filed against CEO Jeon Hong Jun by three former members. The investigation found no evidence to support the allegations.

In August 2023, former members Sena, Sio, and AranSena, Sio, and Aran filed a complaint with the police, alleging that Jeon had misappropriated company funds. Attrakt said they will take legal action against those who “misled” the former members and “incited them to file a false complaint.”

The agency is currently preparing FIFTY FIFTY’s comeback with original member Keena and new members.

The group is expected to return in June or July.
