tvN’s Maestra: Strings of Truth ended on a high note, with Cha Se Eum (played by Lee Young Ae) starting anew with Yoo Jung Jae (Lee Mu Saeng). The final episode achieved the highest numbers of the series with a nationwide viewership rating of 6.8%.

The concluding episode reveals that concertmaster Lee Ru Na (Hwang Bo Reum Byeol) was behind all the troubles that jeopardized Cha Se Eum. To bring justice, Se Eum comes up with a plan to arrest Ru Na by luring Ru Na into a performance of Handel’s “Passacaglia,” a long-cherished dream of Ru Na’s.

Chae Se Eum, holding a violin instead of a conductor’s baton, took the stage with The Hangang Phil for the performance of “Passacaglia.” As Chae Se Eum anticipated, Lee Ru Na heads towards the stage and joins the performance.

After the performance ended, Lee Ru Na shed tears as if she had just awakened from an enchanting dream. Now, all that remains is the judgment of the law. When the police rushed in, Ru Na shouted, “I’ll become someone you’ll never forget in your life,” but now she can no longer meet Se Eum.

With all suspicions cleared, Se Eum decides to step down from her role as a conductor. She visits her mother’s grave and checks the results of the Lamington’s disease test there. A faint smile on her face suggests that she may have avoided the dreadful disease that runs in her family. The drama ends with her embracing a new journey with Yoo Jung Jae, who has supported her through the difficult times.
