The official website of the Korean Army Training Center released photos of BTS members RM and V during their training on December 4th.
The images captured RM with a bright smile and V in his turtleneck black shirt pulled up just below his eyes.
Fans flooded the comments section with expressions of affection with comments like “Adorable,” “Their faces make me happy,” “V’s gaze is already like a special forces soldier,” and “Both look healthy and stylish.”

Some fans also playfully commented on RM’s unchanged hairstyle, drawing comparisons to his usual stage hair. Others expressed relief at seeing RM’s cheerful expression while appreciating V’s unique charm even with his face partially covered.
RM and V will receive five weeks of basic military training at the Nonsan Army Training Center before being assigned to their respective units. It was revealed that V applied for a special forces unit under the Capital Defense Command.
This update follows the enlistment of Jin in December 2022 and J-Hope in April of the same year. Suga is currently fulfilling his military service as a social service worker. RM and V enlisted on December 11th, with Jimin and Jungkook following on December 12th. BTS will resume their group activities in 2025.
