Suho puts on a mysterious face for Behind Your Touch.
JTBC’s new weekend drama Behind Your Touch unveiled the first stills of Suho, who has transformed into Kim Sun Woo, a mysterious figure who appears out of the blue in the town of Mujin.
Behind Your Touch is a comic detective drama unfolding in the crime-free rural village of Mujin. The plot revolves around a diligent vet with the newfound psychometric ability to see the past of both humans and animals, and an elite detective who needs her power to return to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. The Light in Your Eyes crew, director Kim Sun Yeon and writer Lee Nam Gyu, joined hands once again after four years for Behind Your Touch. Stella cast including Han Ji Min, Lee Min Ki, Suho, and more are expected to deliver stellar performances.
Suho plays Kim Sun Woo, a man with an angelic appearance and personality. He captures hearts with a sweet smile while simultaneously amplifying suspicion with his inscrutable demeanor.
The newly released photos featuring Kim Sun Woo, a stranger who has only recently arrived in Mujin, raise curiosity. Suho revealed his reasons for choosing Behind Your Touch, saying, “I’ve always loved Director Kim Seok Yoon’s works and wanted to collaborate with him. The script was incredibly engaging, and the character Sun Woo struck me as utterly charming.” He added, “I also wanted to work with the cast members I admired. Working with such wonderful people, I believe we’ve created something truly special. This work holds deep personal significance for me.”
Highlighting the unique blend of genres, Suho expressed, “This drama incorporates thriller, comedy, and romance elements. It’s a fast-paced, intricate plot that I hope audiences can fully enjoy.”
On his character, Kim Sun Woo, Suho revealed, “Sun Woo is a veiled character, with his good looks and kind personality. Given that he works part-time as a convenience store and gives off a mysterious aura, I put a lot of thought into each line to ensure it conveys the depth of his character.”
Meanwhile, Behind Your Touch will premiere at 10:30 PM KST on August 12th as a follow-up of King the Land.
