SBS has unveiled captivating stills of Gong Seung Yeon and Son Ho Jun for The First Responders Season 2.
The upcoming series depicts a stronger collaboration between the fire department, the police force, and the National Forensic Service (NFS) as they tackle unpredictable disasters.
In the newly released photos, Bong Do Jin, played by Son Ho Jun, approaches Song Seol (Gong Seung Yeon) with a serious expression, momentarily setting aside the fluttering emotions he felt during their unexpected alone time together. Surprised by Do Jin’s words, Song Seol manages to put on a smile. However, in a later scene at the laundry room, Song Seol’s expression turns somber, leaving viewers puzzled.
As curiosity grows, viewers wonder if Bong Do Jin successfully escaped from the parking tower and confessed his feelings to Song Seol. They also speculate on whether another twist awaits them in the laundry room where Song Seol learned about Jin Ho Gae’s (Kim Rae Won) official ID card.
The production team revealed, “In The First Responders Season 2, we will finally reveal Bong Do Jin’s confession that kept viewers on the edge until the end of Season 1, as well as the resolutions of the relationship between the two characters.”
The First Responders Season 2 premieres on August 4th.
