NewJeans’ Hyein shared a heartfelt moment with fans on her birthday.
The youngest member of the group turned 19 on April 21st. Born in 2008, she is now 18 internationally, and fans recently got a glimpse of her in Korea for the first time in a while.
Hyein quietly stopped by a birthday café event in Seoul, where fans quickly recognized her, turning the moment into an impromptu mini fan meeting. Dressed casually in a tracksuit with black sunglasses and a white mask, she still stood out—noticeably more grown up compared to before.

Meanwhile, on the same day, ADOR marked the occasion by posting “HAPPY HYEIN DAY” along with her photos on NewJeans’ official Instagram. It was the group’s first member-related post in about six months, following their “Bunnies Day” anniversary post last October.
With recent sightings of members like Haerin, Hyein, and Hanni filming in Copenhagen—and now activity resuming on official social media—fans are speculating that a comeback may be just around the corner.
