Studio & New announced on April 12th that Smugglers will hit theaters on July 26th.
The movie follows two women who make a living collecting contraband thrown overboard and their involvement in a smuggling scheme in a small, peaceful seaside town.
Director Ryoo Seung Wan, known for his work on The Unjust, The Berlin File, Veteran, and Escape From Mogadishu, leads a star-studded cast including Kim Hye Soo, Yum Jung Ah, Jo In Sung, Park Jeong Min, Kim Jong Soo, and Go Min Si.
Studio & New also released a new teaser poster and trailer, offering a glimpse into the directing style, actors’ performances, and the film’s summer vibe.
Smugglers has completed post-production and is set to premiere on July 26th.
