SPOTV NEWS has reported that Lee Seo Jin will star in a new drama titled I, a Gangster, Became a High School Student (literal title).
I, a Gangster, Became a High Schooler is a TV drama adaptation of the popular web novel of the same name. It follows the story of Kim Deuk Pal, a gangster who never received proper education and dreams of attending school. When he tries to rescue a boy named Song Yi Heon from killing himself due to school violence, he ends up possessing the boy’s body and living a completely different life.
He will briefly appear as the gangster Kim Deuk Pal, who always wanted to attend college. In the beginning of the story, Kim Deuk Pal dies in a car accident while attempting to save the boy from school violence, and his spirit ends up possessing the student’s body.
The drama, I, a Gangster, Became a High School Student (literal title), will begin filming after its cast is confirmed.
