Will Rain and Kim Ha Neul meet in the new drama?
Today, News1 reported that Rain and Kim Ha Neul were cast in the new drama She (working title) slated for release on Disney Plus. In response, both Rain and Kim Ha Neul’s agencies confirmed, “The actor was offered the lead role in the upcoming drama She and is now positively reviewing it.”
She, originally titled Red Carpet, depicts the story of a woman, who once became perfect through marriage, becoming “complete” through a new love in her life. A Korean Odyssey director Park Hong Kyun and writer Choi Yoon Jung have teamed up for the project.
Rain was offered the role of Seo Do Yoon, who became Oh Wan Soo’s bodyguard after he started working for the Hwajin Family for his revenge. Having graduated from the police academy with the best martial art skills and marksmanship, he was once in charge of protecting the president at the Blue House.
Oh Wan Soo, the role Kim Ha Neul is considering, has her world shaken by her bodyguard Seo Do Yoon.
