BIGBANG Enters Two Billboard Charts for the First Time With a Surprising New Hit

BIGBANG’s latest single “Still Life” made it into two major Billboard charts this week.

According to Billboard on the 11th, their new track ranked third on the latest Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart and ninth on the Billboard Global 200 chart.

Reports say that the popular boy band racked up 34 million streams, selling 29,700 copies across the globe on its first week of release.

The new digital single is a song that retraces their career and past struggles, implying where they are at now and where their future lies. The song was released on the 5th at midnight and swept almost all major music charts across the globe, topping various iTunes charts in 33 different regions and dominating Chinese QQ Music charts along with Japanese Line Music charts.

During the first week of release, the group’s new single has continued its reign over various domestic music platforms, including Melon, FLO, Genie, Bugs and VIBE.
