Kim Soo Hyun has chosen That Night (literal title) as his next project.

Kim Soo Hyun, who had delivered warm healing with It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, will return as a prime suspect in a murder case through crime drama That Night.

That Night explores the criminal justice system from a popular perspective through the intense story of two men surrounding a woman’s murder. It is the Korean remake of BBC’s Criminal Justice.

The drama powerhouse Chorokbaem Media, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency Gold Medalist and The Studio M, the production company founded by The Fiery Priest and Backstreet Rookie director Lee Myung Woo, will be co-producing the drama. Director Lee was put in charge of the production, and the script will be penned by Warrior Baek Dong Soo and The Royal Gambler writer Kwon Soon Kyu.

For the drama, Kim Soo Hyun will play ordinary college student Kim Hyun Soo, who became a prime suspect in a murder case because of one single mistake he made one night. He is the kind of person who withstands a titanic struggle thrown by the selfish and ruthless world.

Meanwhile, That Night will start filming in the first half of this year and premiere in the second half.
