f(x)’s Krystal, also known as actress Krystal Jung, will leave SM Entertainment.
According to a media outlet, Krystal is preparing for a new start in a new place after leaving SM Entertainment, where she has been with for more than a decade.
Krystal has already been contacted by numerous famous Korean actor management companies. There were some meetings, but nothing has been confirmed yet. She is currently looking for a company that can fully support her acting career.
Since she expressed her desire to release a solo album from her f(x) days, she also plans to release an album after settling in a new company. As a result, everyone from f(x), except Victoria, will leave SM Entertainment.
Krystal made her debut as a member of f(x) in 2009. She then also started her acting career by appearing on sitcom More Charming By The Day. Since then, she has worked on several hit works, including The Heirs and The Bride of Habaek. Soon, she will be back with OCN drama The Search, which tells the story of a mysterious disappearance and murder at DMZ and the elite search party formed to reveal its secrets.
