BTS’s New Japanese Album Enters the Billboard 200 and Becomes The Group’s 12th Release to Enter the Chart

BTS’s 4th full-length Japanese album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 ~ THE JOURNEY’ has entered the Billboard 200 chart, according to the official Billboard Chart Twitter account. The album ranked 115th on the chart.

This marks BTS’s twelfth release to enter the Billboard 200 chart. Out of all other K-pop groups, BTS has the most releases that have charted on Billboard 200.

The album sold a total of 564,290 copies and topped the Japanese Oricon Daily Chart for six consecutive days since it was first released. The album also debuted at #1 on the Oricon Weekly Chart.
