Since tying the knot with his non-celebrity girlfriend in 2020, Chen started his new chapter at Gwangjin House Story Han River in Gwangjin District, Seoul. The 175-square-meter apartment boasts four bedrooms, a dressing room, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, a kitchen, and a dining room. At the time of purchase, the property was valued at around 1.1 billion won (about $1 million). Recently, a similar apartment in the complex was sold for 2.1 billion won (about $1.9 million), indicating that Chen’s property value could have appreciated by about 1 billion won (about $900k) over the last three years. Besides, Chen owns a commercial property in Gyeonggi Province and is known to have gifted a house in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, to his parents.
Baekhyun, known to have received the highest payment in EXO, resides in the upscale Seoul Forest Trimage, where he rents an 84.82-square-meter apartment for 1.5 billion won (about $1.3 million). In the past, he had gifted a house in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, to his parents with his first paycheck.
Xiumin owns a 167-square-meter unit in the residential complex, The Shop Star City, located in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin District, Seoul. As of May 5th, a similarly sized unit in the complex is listed for sale at 2.2 billion won (about $2 million).
As for the vesicles they own, EXO-CBX members each have a taste for luxury cars. Chen owns a Porsche Cayenne with a starting price of 133.1 million won (about $120k), while the Turbo GT model costs over 260 million won (about $234k).
Baekhyun is known to drive a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS and an Audi RS7, which cost around 200 million won (about $180k) and 170 million won (about $153k), respectively.
Xiumin reportedly owns a Land Rover Range Rover and a Ferrari. While the exact model of the Ferrari remains unknown, the Range Rover’s starting price exceeds 200 million won (about $180k).
