Films from directors Park Chan Wook and Na Hong Jin are set to go head-to-head at this year’s Buil Film Awards.
The organizers of the 35th Buil Film Awards announced the nominees on August 20th, with films released in South Korea over the past year competing across 16 categories.
Park’s No Other Choice leads the field with nine nominations, followed by Na’s Hope with eight. The World of Love and The King’s Warden each earned six nominations.
The 2026 Buil Film Awards will take place on October 7th at the Signiel Busan Grand Ballroom in Haeundae, Busan.
