2PM’s Chansung became a father. Chansung is the first member of the group to get married and become a father.
On July 26th, SPOTV NEWS reported that Chansung’s wife recently gave birth to a healthy baby girl. As his wife delivered her baby at a comparatively older age, the celebrity revealed that he is happy that the baby and the mother are both in good health. According to reports, he is currently taking good care of them with the help of their family and friends.
Back in December last year, Chansung announced his marriage and his fiancé’s pregnancy in a handwritten letter. He wrote, “While preparing to get married to my longtime partner, the blessing of life came to us earlier than we expected. We are planning to tie the knot around the beginning of 2022.”
Although the two planned to hold a wedding earlier this year, it was pushed back due to the pandemic. The star’s wife is known to be a non-celebrity who is 8 years older than him.
Meanwhile, after the departure from JYP Entertainment due to the termination of his exclusive contract with the label, Chansung joined L’July Entertainment and has been pursuing his acting career.
