Netflix’s Yaksha: Ruthless Operations heightens the anticipation with the main trailer.

Yaksha: Ruthless Operations is an espionage action film set in Shenyang, China, the biggest battleground for spies. The story follows the thrilling chase of the ruthless black op team leader named “Yaksha” and the prosecutor who gets demoted to office in Shenyang.

The main trailer begins by showing prosecutor Han Ji Hoon (Park Hae Soon) conducting a special inspection after it has been found that all the operational reports of the black-op team “Black Team,” active in Shenyang, are all fake. From the darkness appears Black Team’s leader
“Yaksha” Ji Kang In (Seol Kyung Gu). JI Kang In, who does whatever it takes to accomplish their mission, and Han Ji Hoon, who believes in the just ways of dealing things, clash every time.

In Shenyang, the biggest battleground for spies, Korea, China, and Japan get into a fierce battle. Soon, Japanese spy “D7” Ozawa (Ikeuchi Hiroyuki), the best espionage in Asia, work and conspiracies, walks into the picture. The nerve-wracking tension between the two raises curiosity. Like the line “The real war starts now,” the thrilling action sequences, from gun fires and car chasing to explosions, double the intensity.

Meanwhile, Yaksha: Ruthless Operations is a new project by The Prison director Na Hyun and the cast includes Sol Kyung Gu, Park Hae Soo, Yang Dong Geun, Lee El, Song Jae Rim, and GOT7’s Jinyoung. The movie is slated for release on April 8th.
