The Grammy Awards have a new date and location.
According to multiple reports, the music event will take its place in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3. The event has previously garnered international attention for nominating South Korean mega pop stars BTS.
On January 18th, multiple media outlets including New York Times and CNN reported, “The 64th Grammy Awards will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 3rd.”
Previously, the Recording Academy announced that the music award has been rescheduled for March 14th from January 31st due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, fueled by the omicron variant.
Music fans are eager to find out whether BTS, the two-time Grammy nominee, will win the award this year. The group earned a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their megahit song, “Butter.”
