Jeon Hyun Moo and singer BoA‘s surprise late-night live stream left fans both amused and guessing after it was suddenly cut short.
On the night of March 5th, Jeon Hyun Moo went live on his social media for the first time, saying, “Someone kept telling me to try doing a live broadcast, so here I am. A guest came over and opened a special bottle of alcohol, and now we’re just having a drink.” He revealed that he was at home with BoA.
Appearing on screen, both BoA and Jeon Hyun Moo had visibly rosy faces from drinking.
When asked why she came over, BoA said, “You were the one who invited me over for some food,” and jokingly added, “His house is a mess. The interior is bad, and the guest bathroom smells awful.”
She continued, “There’s just way too much stuff piled up. Everything’s messy except for the trophies,” while leaning on Jeon Hyun Moo’s shoulder and stroking his cheek, showing casual physical affection.
Regarding the dating rumors between Jeon Hyun Moo and Park Na Rae, BoA firmly denied them, saying, “I don’t think they’d ever date,” and added, “He is too good for her.”
The live broadcast ended due to intervention from their company staff. Jeon Hyun Moo and BoA are signed under SM C&C and SM Entertainment, respectively.
During the live, the phone kept ringing, and Jeon Hyun Moo said, “My manager keeps calling,” and explained, “Director BoA pretended to be drunk, and it caused a stir at the company.” BoA added, “Looks like they’re worried about us,” before wrapping up the stream.
As of April 6th, the live video is no longer available on Jeon Hyun Moo’s social media, but recordings are circulating on video platforms like YouTube.
Netizens have reacted with comments like, “That’s an unexpected friendship,” “Are they dating?” and “Since when were they this close?” However, neither Jeon Hyun Moo nor BoA has made any official statement.
