WINNER member Mino has come under scrutiny for allegedly neglecting his mandatory alternative public service duties. According to an exclusive Dispatch report on December 17th, investigations at his assigned post at the Mapo Public Welfare Facility failed to locate the K-pop star during his scheduled duty hours. Song is supposed to be serving as a social service worker, assisting with community facility operations.

The report reveals that Song took a five-day trip to Hawaii on October 30th but wasn’t seen at his post until November 15th. Multiple sources have come forward with claims about Song’s dereliction of duty. Since his transfer to the Mapo facility in March, witnesses allege he rarely shows up for work, occasionally appearing only to sign in before taking a smoke break and disappearing.

While facility supervisor “L” declined to provide objective evidence such as CCTV footage, citing privacy concerns, Dispatch confirmed that Song was absent during all ten of their visits between November and early December. According to supervisor L, attendance records are manually written, making it possible to sign multiple dates at once.

More concerning is supervisor L’s apparent attempts to cover up Song’s absences, offering various excuses such as “he’s on vacation today,” “he’s on sick leave,” or “he’s hospitalized.”

YG Entertainment has denied allegations of Song’s negligence, stating he is “serving normally” while repeatedly declining to comment on “personal matters.”

With Song’s discharge scheduled for December 23rd, additional reports suggest he’s planning discharge celebration parties on Christmas Eve and Christmas. All eyes are now on whether the K-pop star will make any appearances at his post during his remaining service period.
