Han So Hee’s latest comment has sparked another online debate.
Choi Min Sik and Han So Hee, the stars of the Korean remake of The Intern, appeared on MBC Radio Standard FM’s Sohn Suk Hee’s 12 O’Clock (literal translation) on September 17th.
During the interview, host Sohn Suk Hee asked Choi Min Sik if he had learned anything from working with Han So Hee.
“I found myself envying her youth more than anything,” Choi said. “If I could go back to that time, I think I’d approach things differently and work even harder.” He also said he admires the energy and perspective Han So Hee brings to her work. Son Suk Hee agreed.
Han So Hee then jokingly responded, “There’s no set order when it’s time to go.”
Son Suk Hee laughed and replied, “You shouldn’t say things like that.” Han So Hee immediately apologized, saying, “I’m sorry,” before the conversation continued.

The comment has since sparked mixed reactions online. Some criticized it as “too reckless” and said it “crossed the line for a joke.” Others took a more forgiving view, calling it “just a minor incident” and saying that “an apology should be enough.”
The Intern, starring Han So Hee and Choi Min Sik, follows Ki Ho (played by Choi Min Sik), a veteran employee with 37 years of experience who joins the company of Seon Woo (Han So Hee), a rising fashion industry CEO three years into her career.
