Heo Nam Jun’s photo with his niece is drawing attention again.
Heo Nam Jun appeared on the web entertainment show Salon Drip on the YouTube channel TEO on May 19th, where he talked about his twin brother, who is more popular than he is. Amid this, a photo he posted last year with his niece—his twin brother’s child—has resurfaced online.
In the post, he shared several photos with the caption, “Hello, Heo Keurong.”
In the images, Heo Nam Jun is seen leaning on a sofa, holding his niece in his arms. Fans were charmed by the contrast between the tiny newborn and Heo Nam Joon’s broad shoulders, as well as the way he skillfully cradled the baby with his large hands.
In January of last year, when he received the New Actor Award at the 2024 MBC Drama Awards, he revealed his doting uncle side, saying, “Father, Mother, my brother and my nephew born just a few days ago, I love you.”
During the Salon Drip appearance, Heo Nam Joon spoke about his twin brother, emphasizing, “We really don’t look alike. My brother is bigger and taller than me, and he has a tanned complexion.” He added, “He was much more popular in school, but I wasn’t jealous. I’ve never been popular.”
Born in 1993, Heo Nam Joon debuted in 2019 with the film The First Shot and gained attention through Netflix’s Sweet Home Season 2 and Genie TV’s Your Honor. He also appeared in IU’s music video for Never Ending Story last year.
Currently, Heo Nam Joon stars as the romantic male lead Cha Se Gye in SBS’s My Royal Nemesis, showcasing strong chemistry with his co-star Lim Ji Yeon.
