Lee Yoo Young is expanding her family once again.
On Sunday, the actress shared a series of photos on social media, revealing her growing baby bump alongside a sweet caption: “Spring again. It’s been so long since I’ve had time out with friends. A chubby pregnant lady.” In the photos, she smiles brightly under blooming cherry blossoms, enjoying a peaceful spring day.
Her agency, Ace Factory, confirmed the news, stating that Lee Yoo Young is currently pregnant with her second child and is due in September.
The announcement marks another joyful milestone for the actress. She registered her marriage to a non-celebrity husband in May 2024 and welcomed her first daughter that August. At the time, she kept both her marriage and pregnancy private until after wrapping her drama Dare to Love Me, drawing attention for sharing the news all at once.
Roughly a year after giving birth, Lee Yoo Young held her wedding ceremony last September—and now, just seven months later, she’s preparing to welcome baby No. 2.
Now 36, Lee Yoo Young has built a solid acting career since her 2012 debut, appearing in projects like Tunnel, Insider, and films such as The Treacherous and Firefighter. Earlier this year, she returned to viewers in the tvN drama Pro Bono, continuing to balance both her work and growing family.
