BTS has added another milestone to its career, filling London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the highest single-show seat occupancy in the venue’s history.

Live Nation UK announced the achievement via its Instagram, writing, “BTS ARMY create highest single show capacity at Spurs.” The post highlighted the unprecedented turnout by the group’s global fanbase.

BTS will perform at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on July 6th and 7th, meeting approximately 120,000 fans across two nights. The concerts will feature a 360-degree stage, allowing more fans to attend while delivering a fully immersive experience.

The London shows are part of BTS’s massive world tour, which kicks off April 9th at Goyang Stadium in South Korea. The tour spans 82 shows across 34 cities worldwide. Tickets sold out quickly, including all three Goyang dates as well as 41 North American and European shows.

The group is also gearing up for a major comeback. BTS will release its fifth full-length album, ARIRANG, on March 20th at 1 PM KST. The following day, the group will hold a special event titled “BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG” at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, which will be livestreamed on Netflix to more than 190 countries and regions.

Even ahead of release, ARIRANG is already making waves. As of the 4th, the album topped Spotify’s Countdown Charts Global for three consecutive weeks. The chart ranks upcoming albums and singles based on pre-save numbers.

BTS’s earlier releases continue to perform strongly as well. The music video for “Boy With Luv (Feat. Halsey),” the title track from the 2019 album Map of the Soul: Persona, surpassed 1.9 billion views on YouTube in January. It follows “Dynamite,” which has already crossed the 2 billion-view mark.

In addition, tracks such as “Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)” from the anthology album Proof and “Love Maze” from Love Yourself: Tear exceeded 100 million and 50 million cumulative streams, respectively, earning Platinum and Gold streaming certifications from the Recording Industry Association of Japan.

With record-breaking shows and a highly anticipated album on the way, BTS continues to build momentum on a global scale.
