Lee Chae Min, who captured hearts everywhere as Lee Heon in hit drama Bon Appétit, Your Majesty, is the star of Harper’s Bazaar Korea’s December issue.
In the new photos, Lee Chae Min shifts effortlessly between a soft, romantic vibe and a cool, charismatic attitude. The holiday-themed shoot places him alongside various musical instruments, capturing a modern and stylish energy.
Regarding the period after Bon Appétit, Your Majesty concluded a time he describes as receiving “undeserved love”, he said, “I didn’t handle all the sudden changes well at first. After each episode aired, the reaction was so immediate… it was just absolute, chaotic confusion. Now that the show is over, it finally feels like time to build things up step-by-step, at my own pace. I’m just focused on showing a better side of myself. I keep telling myself, ‘Don’t stay in one place.’”
As for his New Year’s wish, Lee Chae Min shared a simple, heartfelt hope.
“It would be wonderful if things remained just as they are now, with good people staying by my side like gifts. This is almost my only wish… and it will likely be something I continue to hope for two or three years from now. While I don’t have a wide social circle, everyone around me is genuinely good. This is also a source of pride for me. I met so many wonderful people this year. Looking back, there’s nothing I’m more grateful and happy about than this.”
