Gong Hyo Jin‘s agency has denied rumors about her being pregnant, which started circulating after she posted a photo on social media.
Gong Hyo Jin’s agency, Management SOOP, told OSEN today that the rumors about her pregnancy are not true.
Earlier that day, Gong Hyo Jin shared a photo on her personal social media with no caption. The image showed her wearing a knit dress and a blue-toned jacket. Currently in Japan with her husband, Kevin Oh, Gong Hyo Jin’s stomach appeared slightly protruded as she posed with her hands placed on her lower back, almost as if clasped behind her.
While the pose was natural, the slight curve in her belly sparked speculation from netizens about a possible pregnancy. Comments included, “Are you pregnant?”, “Is she going to be a mom?” and “When I saw the photo, I thought, ‘No way?’ but it seems like everyone else had the same thought. If it’s true, congratulations!” These reactions only fueled the rumors.
Meanwhile, Gong Hyo Jin married singer Kevin Oh in 2022. Kevin Oh enlisted for mandatory military service in December of the following year and was discharged last June.
