Disney Plus’s original series Light Shop finally unveiled its first four episodes on Wednesday, leaving viewers buzzing over its shocking twists and reveals.

This suspenseful tale follows four characters, each with their own gripping story. Hyunmin (played by Uhm Tae Goo) encounters the same mysterious woman every day at a bus stop. Sunhae (Kim Min Ha) struggles with unexplained power outages in her new home. Hyunju (Shin Eun Soo) faces terrifying strangers during her nightly walks home. Meanwhile, Jiwoong (Kim Ki Hae) finds himself trapped in an eerie, unending alley.

Hyunmin discovers that Jiyeong (Seolhyun), the woman he tried to help, has fingernails on her palms and realizes she is not a worldly being. Meanwhile, Sunhae uncovers that the recurring blackouts in her home are caused by a mysterious presence that wishes to remain hidden in the darkness.

Adding to the intrigue are shop owner Wonyeong (Ju Ji Hoon), who can see things invisible to others, and nurse Youngji (Park Bo Young), who encounters unsettling beings with shocking appearances. After hearing Hyunju’s scream from outside the shop, Wonyeong steps out and comes face-to-face with Hyewon’s (Kim Seon Hwa) eerie figure. Towering far above the alley walls and moving with a grotesque gait, Hyewon’s entrance marks the most spine-chilling moment of Light Shop.

Meanwhile, Youngji has a terrifying encounter with Seungwon (Park Hyuk Kwon) in an elevator. Crying and drenched, Seungwon floods the entire elevator with water pouring from his body. The mystery deepens as the origins of these bizarre beings remain to be uncovered.

Telling compelling yet spine-chilling stories, the first four episodes of Light Shop have captivated viewers.
