Han Ga In recently sampled a selection of trendy foods, leading to a surprising cultural experience. Known for her health-conscious lifestyle, she remarked, “I even divide my favorite snacks into ten portions,” emphasizing her meticulous approach to maintaining a balanced diet.

On Tuesday, she uploaded a new video titled “What Does the Stunning Han Ga In Eat?” to her YouTube channel.

In the video, Han said, “I’m about to embark on my journey as a free woman. I’m setting out to find freedom,” as she prepares for an outdoor eating session. Upon arriving at a scenic spot along the Han River, she expresses her joy at being outside, saying, “It feels so good to be outdoors after such a long time. This must be what freedom feels like.”

However, her excitement was short-lived. Faced with various trendy foods, including spicy chicken noodles, mala soup, and tanghulu, Han admitted, “I’ve never tried spicy chicken noodles, mala soup, or tanghulu.” She added, “Even when I go to a convenience store, I usually grab smoked eggs or fruit. I am obsessed with health, so I even divide my favorite snacks into ten portions. It just gives me the feeling that I’ve eaten something.”

After tasting the spicy chicken noodles, Han was astonished, saying, “It’s truly an explosion of bold flavors. I can’t imagine anything more intense. Young people must eat a lot of this; it’s extremely spicy. I won’t let my daughter try it—it’s too hot.”

Regarding the mala soup, she commented, “The smell is strange. It tastes a bit like some cosmetic. Something feels off here. Is this supposed to be good? Am I missing something? This flavor is just too exotic for me. I guess my palate is more suited to simpler, local flavors, so this isn’t for me.”

Han also speculated, “I doubt my husband, Yeon Jung Hoon, has ever tried mala soup,” and decided to call him for confirmation. However, it turned out that Yeon had already sampled it. When Han asked, “Is mala soup good?” he diplomatically replied, “It’s not really my style.”

When it came to tanghulu, a popular snack among teenagers, Han exclaimed, “What is this? This is so strange. It’s way too sweet. I feel like I’m going to get hyper. This is no joke!” showcasing her distaste.

She concluded, “I can’t tell if I’ve eaten anything. However, the spicy chicken noodles were okay. I understand why people enjoy them, and I’m open to eating them again in the future.” After wrapping up the food segment, she entertained viewers by opting for a health drink she had brought along for detoxing.
