Choi Woo Shik graced the cover of Esquire magazine and confidently talked about his role in an upcoming Netflix series titled A Killer Paradox.
Choi Woo Shik plays Lee Tang in A Killer Paradox, which completed filming earlier this year. Looking back on his experience, he shared, “I was a fan of the original webtoon. I’m really curious about how the remake version will be received by viewers, especially considering its dedicated fan base. The original has this minimalist style with no backgrounds explained and few facial expressions depicted. So, the cast, crew, and director Lee Chang Hee had to fill in those gaps and add more details to the show. The whole process made the filming pretty exciting.” He enthusiastically added, “It’ll totally blow your mind with scenes that are completely different from what you might have imagined.”

When asked about the most exciting moment in his career, he shared, “I just had my first fan meeting in Japan and the Philippines for my 12th anniversary in the acting business. Honestly, my self-esteem’s been low, and I used to wonder why fans liked me. But connecting with them in person made me realize their love is genuine and unwavering.”
“I’ve been lucky in my acting career so far. Now, it seems like the time has come for me to prove my worth on my own. I’m momentarily taking a breath in this transitional phase,” he shared candidly.
