SBS has released new photos of Ahn Bo Hyun from its upcoming series FlexxCop (literal title).
The new series centers around an immature third-generation chaebol heir who becomes a homicide detective. The interesting story follows him as he catches criminals by mobilizing enormous wealth and personal connections he has due to his family background.
Ahn Bo Hyun will portray Jin Yi Soo, a carefree and playful third-generation chaebol who also works as a detective. He is expected to create a unique, unprecedented police character.
The newly released stills beautifully showcase Ahn Bo Hyun in two distinct roles – one as a wealthy corporate heir and the other as a police officer.
In one picture, he embodies the persona of an ‘affluent influencer,’ enjoying a night out at a club in a luxurious suit with slicked-back hair. Another photo highlights his contrasting charm as a sharp, wealthy individual sipping coffee at a police station.
Expectations are rising about how this laid-back chaebol heir ended up working as a detective and how his challenging journey into police life will unfold.
FlexxCop will premiere in January 2024.
