Hwang Bo Ra has shared the delightful news of her first pregnancy one year after her marriage.
On the 19th, News1 reported that Hwang Bo Ra is currently in the early stages of pregnancy, having crossed the three-month mark and entered a stable phase.
The actress expressed her excitement on her agency’s YouTube channel, “WALKTALK STUDIO.” She excitedly shared, “I am finally going to be a mother. I am so thrilled.” adding, “After hearing that I’ve entered a stable period, I saw the baby’s movements.”
She added, “I don’t know the gender yet,” sharing the ultrasound image and sound of the baby’s heartbeat. She also opened up about her journey to pregnancy, stating, “People who haven’t gone through IVF can’t understand the pain. I did it for about a year, up to the fourth attempt.”
Hwang Bo Ra also shared the news on her Instagram, saying, “It’s exactly one year since we got married, and God has blessed our couple with a little angel.” She added emotionally, “Until I knew I became a mother, I never knew one could love someone as their own body. My little angel, Oddeok, thank you for coming to me.”
Hwang Bo Ra is married to Kim Young Hoon, the CEO of entertainment agency Walkhouse Company, who is also the younger brother of actor Ha Jung Woo and the second son of Kim Yong Gun. The couple tied the knot in November last year after beginning their relationship in 2012 and publicly acknowledging it since 2014. Their ten-year-long relationship has now blossomed into a new chapter with the anticipation of their first child.
